Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your business and ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Not doing so could result in losing the deposit or incurring a 50% service cancellation fee. If a client misses an appointment without canceling, they will be charged for 50% of the scheduled services.
LATE POLICY
Kindly be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes (5 minutes for just a wax) late for your appointment, please reach out to us as we may need to reschedule if the allotted time is no longer sufficient. We will make every effort to reschedule promptly. Failure to contact us within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment will be considered a "no show" and treated as a missed appointment. If you have three or more late appointments, you will be temporarily banned from booking online. You can still schedule appointments but kindly send a message for future bookings.
