CANCELLATION POLICY

Brows + Beyond Policies Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hour notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice may result in loss of the deposit or a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who miss an appointment without notice (no-show) will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Any unpaid cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments. Late Policy Please arrive on time so we can provide the best experience possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late (5 minutes for waxing services) may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time remaining in the appointment. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and handled according to the cancellation policy. Clients with three or more late arrivals may be temporarily restricted from booking online and asked to message directly for future appointments. Required Intake Forms All new clients must complete intake forms before their appointment. Forms must be completed 48hrs minimum prior to your scheduled appointment to keep the appointment on the books. Appointments may be cancelled if forms are not completed in time, as this information is required to safely perform services. Booking Policy Appointments are reserved especially for you. Repeated rescheduling, missed appointments, or failure to follow booking policies may result in online booking restrictions or required prepayment for future appointments.
